Immunoinformatics Summer School – INFIBREX & IHM IMMUNOLOGY 24–26 August 2026 | Paris, France

The Immunoinformatics Summer School will take place in Paris from 24 to 26 August 2026.

Organised by the IHM – Immunology and Immunopathology Department of Université Paris Cité, in collaboration with the InFibrex Initiative of Excellence (Inflammation, Remodeling and Fibrosis in human diseases), this summer school aims to address the growing need for bioinformatics skills within the immunology community.

The programme will combine:

  • 1 day of conferences

  • 2 days of hands-on workshops in R

Participants will work with public immunology and immunopathology datasets, including:

  • bulk RNA sequencing

  • single-cell RNA sequencing

The workshops are designed to provide practical tools for analysing and integrating immunological datasets, relevant to both fundamental and clinical research projects.

📍 Location: Paris, France
📅 Dates: 24–26 August 2026

Target Audience

The summer school is intended for:

  • PhD students

  • Postdoctoral researchers

  • Fundamental or clinical researchers

  • Research engineers and data scientists

  • Master’s students (M2) with a confirmed background in computational analysis

Participants should have a basic to intermediate level in R programming.

The number of participants will be limited in order to ensure high-quality interaction during the practical workshops.
